What is Domain Beans?
Domain Beans is a domain portfolio manager. It brings the domains you own at every registrar into one dashboard, shows what expires next, and sends renewal reminders before a domain can lapse.
Which domain registrars does Domain Beans support?
Any registrar that lets you export a CSV, including GoDaddy, NameSilo, Sav.com, Spaceship, Unstoppable Domains, NameBright and PKNIC. Column names are detected automatically, so there is nothing to map or reformat.
How do domain expiry reminders work?
You choose the reminder days, from 90 days down to 1 day before expiry, and Domain Beans sends one email digest listing every domain that has reached a threshold. Each reminder fires once per domain, so you are never spammed.
Does Domain Beans keep expiry dates up to date automatically?
Yes. Domain Beans regularly re-checks each domain against public registry data (RDAP, or WHOIS where a registry has no RDAP), so a renewal made at your registrar shows up without re-importing.
Do I need to share my registrar password or API key?
No. Domain Beans only reads the CSV file you export from your registrar. It never asks for registrar logins or API keys, and you can export or delete your data at any time.
Is Domain Beans free?
Yes. The Free plan covers up to 1,000 domains with email expiry alerts. Pro costs $7.95 per month for unlimited domains, extra landing-page templates and customisation.
Can I sell my domains with Domain Beans?
Yes. Verify a domain with a DNS TXT record and publish a "for sale" landing page on it, with an asking price, "Buy now" links to the marketplaces you use and an enquiry form. Enquiries are saved to your dashboard.
